Victor sakala was born on the 23rd March 1993.He is a graduate from the university of Zambia with a bachelor degree in adult education and extension studies. He also has training and certification in Monitoring and evaluation, Statistical package in social sciences, ICT training and Peer education training.
He has worked for the ministry of community development mother and child health as a social worker and community development worker. Furthermore, he has worked as a Human resource assistant for a recruitment agency in lusaka.
He joined living hope foundation as a volunteer in January 2017. Among the many responsibilities at the institution include; proposal development for funding and is responsible for programs assigned/ tasked by the Executive Director to any LIHOF project center.
